Launched Norway's first e-commerce agency with a bang. Hosted a groundbreaking conference with 300+ attendees, establishing the agency as a market leader.

A lingerie brand and my first M&A purchase. Learned valuable lessons about market fit. Closed after 2 years, but the experience was invaluable.
